Clinton Casteller - Managing Director & Co-founder
It all started with Clint back in 2021. He had a clear vision of wanting to deliver simple, effective IT Services and Cyber Solutions to local businesses and has continued to build on that vision.
Further to that, he wanted the business to match our beliefs that business relationships should be fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial. As the business has gone from strength to strength, he has continued to encourage the development of the team and systems to ensure the highest level of service is available for our clients.
Clinton thrives on working closely with clients to understand their specific business needs and objectives so that we can provide them with tailored technology solutions that add real value and help achieve their desired business outcomes.
Outside of work, Clinton enjoys cycling, woodworking, travelling, BBQ’s and Beer (not in that order of course)!

Matt Toner - Technical Director & Co-founder
It also started with Matt back in 2021. He has a love for problem-solving and enjoys helping people understand technology, either by explaining it in a way they can relate to, or by breaking it down so it makes sense!
Matt has over 20 years of experience in the IT, Mobile, Fixed Line and VOIP arenas with a mix of direct and indirect channel experience across multiple sectors & technologies. Put it this way, if you have any technical concerns, Matt's your guy!
He is often found at the start of the customer journey, really getting involved in where the problems are and what we can do to help the customer by building a solution that works for them, not only to help their business, but to also help grow it. With years of being 'on the tools' he is happy to jump in and help out where required and won't ever delegate a job he isn't happy to do himself!
Outside of work, Matt's other big passion is Music, he is a multi-instrumentalist and you can catch him most weekends playing venues around Hampshire with his band.
Claire Rosenlund - Office Manager
Claire began her career in Networking and Telecoms and has gained a wealth of experience in a diverse range of industries and roles, giving her a great insight into any potential pain points for our customers.
Claire is passionate about customer service and is always happy to talk to our customers and suppliers with any account queries and suggestions on how we can optimise our services. Claire's primary focus at Breeze is keeping everything running smoothly, from customer onboarding to procurement & billing.
Outside the office, Claire loves to watch a bit of rugby with a nice glass of gin and likes to venture outside to enjoy the coast!

Ben Critchley - Junior Marketing Executive
After graduating from university with a degree in Graphic Design, Ben decided to explore the world of Marketing. He uses his diverse range of creative and analytical skills to generate various types of content to help market our services and increase our brand awareness.
Ben is always engaging with current and potential customers and likes to bring fresh ideas to the table. He is responsible for creating and launching all sorts of different marketing campaigns to connect Breeze with a variety of different businesses.
He is always learning new things about Marketing and of course, the IT industry itself. Ben attends many sales and networking events to increase his knowledge and grow his network.
When Ben isn't in the office, you will most certainly find him at a Pompey game no matter if it's home or away! He is also very passionate about film and cinema, with his favourite movie/s being the 'Cornetto Trilogy' directed by Edgar Wright. If you know you know. He's not a total couch potato though and balances out his time at the gym to keep in shape!
